Implementing the required training is vital in achieving the necessary accreditation.
Applicability: Person in Charge of Food Premises which includes owners, managers, supervisors, and all persons involved in the process of the business operation right down to the delivery of the product to the customer.
Requirements: Food Handlers must be subjected to Approved and Accredited Training in the principles and practices of food safety and hygiene.
Training Assessments: The assessment of all training must be carried to determine the impact of the training and arrange follow-up training as applicable.
