About BfaSkills

BfaSkills:
Is an accredited training and assessment provider with the FoodBev SETA, reg. no. 587/00125/0914; for small companies with less than 50 permanent workers AND bigger companies with more than 50 permanent workers.  BfaSkills has been involved in training with the Foodbev SETA since 2007, and caters for all sizes of companies

Our Facilitators, Assessors and Moderator:
Are registered with the FoodBev SETA AND the ETDP SETA (Education, Training and Development Practices SETA), and collectively have more than 350 years of experience in training and the development of training material.

BfaSkills has a Quality Policy which take cognisance of the following education, training and development areas:

The Management of BfaSkills takes responsibility for establishing, maintaining and enhancing quality of the training.
We are committed to continuous improvement of our quality practices and will utilise all resources to our disposal in order to achieve this goal.

It is our mission to:

Be the provider of choice, by assisting companies with the implementation of their training and development needs, focusing on the critically important skills.

Evaluate own current skills and identify skills development areas. Define the skills priorities and through the set of measurable and achievable objectives the developing of own and employees skills, through quality skills training.

Assist companies as employers and their employees to reach business objectives ensure growth and quality, professional and skills development.

We are currently appointed as the SDF (Skills Development Facilitator) for various companies.
